The following fees apply on top of the base commission price:
Additional Characters: +80% per extra character
Character Design Fee: +30% (Applied if no existing visual reference is provided)
Complex Outfit and Complex/Dynamic Poses: +5-10% (All complexity-related fees are assessed based on the references provided and are determined at the artist’s discretion)
Rush Order Fee: +50% (Deadlines between 1-3 days)
Monetized content: +50% (Digital use such as emotes, badges, thumbnails, streaming assets only)
Full Commercial Use: +200% (Merchandise, branding, resale, book covers, game assets, etc.)
Private Commission: +50% (Artwork will not be posted publicly)
Extra Revisions: Additional fees apply for revisions requested after the flat color stage.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.Please keep in mind that English is not my first language, so I apologize in advance for any misunderstanding.
1. General TermsPlease maintain polite and respectful communication throughout the commission process.I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.Please provide clear references and a detailed description of your request. Do not be afraid to send as many references as you needI only work within the art style shown in my portfolio and do not replicate other artists’ styles.Commissions include a simple background by default (solid color, gradient, or simple patterns). Complex backgrounds are not offered at this time.Finished artwork will be delivered in PNG or JPEG format via email.Canvas size will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.******2. Payment and Refund PolicyPaymentA minimum of 50% upfront payment is required before I begin the sketch stage.
Full upfront payment (100%) before the sketch stage is highly appreciated.The commission officially begins once the initial payment has been received.I will only continue working beyond the sketch stage after full payment has been completed.If the remaining payment is not completed within 20 days after the sketch is delivered, the commission will be automatically canceled.In this case, all work completed up to that point will remain the property of the artist.Cancellations & RefundsYou can only cancel and get a refund if no work has been started.
Work is considered started once sketching or any visual development beginsIf I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Any WIPs provided may be kept for personal viewing only and may not be reposted, edited, or used publicly.Aside from the situation stated above, all payments are non-refundable******3. Revisions, and TimelineThe commission includes 2 free major revisions during the sketch stage.
(Major changes include: Pose, outfit or accessories, facial expression, overall vibe, mood, or concept.)Once the sketch is approved, the concept and composition are locked.No major changes are accepted after line art is completed.During the flat coloring stage, you may choose from the provided color options and request 1 free color revision.After moving to the final rendering stage, only minor adjustments are allowed.Any additional or out-of-scope revisions may be declined or require an extra fee.Updates & TimelineProgress updates will be shared at: Sketch, Line Art, Flat Color, and Final Render.Estimated turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, starting after full-payment is received.
Any delays caused by late client responses may extend the turnaround time accordinglyRush orders are subject to my availability and additional fees.I will inform you promptly if any delays occur.******4. Copyright and Usage RightsArtist RightsI retain full copyright to the artwork itself (including composition, line art, coloring, and rendering).
I do not claim ownership of any original characters provided by the client; character rights remain with their respective owners.I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless the commission is marked as Private.Client RightsYou receive non-commercial, personal use rights only, including: Profile pictures, Personal printingYou may not:Claim authorship or credit for the artworkRemove signatures or watermarksAlter, trace, or edit the artwork (Minor cropping or resizing for display purposes is allowed)Use the artwork for NFTs or AI training under any circumstancesCommercial UseCommercial usage is not included unless purchased separately.Any use beyond the agreed usage rights requires prior written consent and additional fees.******5.
